What is PURE Filament?
PURE Filament is a new company offering high quality 3D printing filament at affordable prices. We focus on balancing cost and performance by sourcing directly from manufacturers, minimizing packaging, overhead, and keeping margins low so that you can get cheap, reliable filament that isn't garbage.
When do you ship?
We only ship orders on uneven weeks. This is due to our current logistical limitations and not something we are able to change for the time being. You can check if the week is uneven by simply searching "is this week uneven" in your browser of choice.
Why is our filament so cheap?
Direct from the manufacturer: Our filament is factory fresh. We import straight from the source, removing middlemen so you can pay less for your filament.
Smarter packaging: We label the boxes we receive from our suppliers and chose the cheapest option for the outside cardboard. Why should you have to pay more for the wrapper when its the inside that matters?
Low overhead, fair margins: By keeping operating costs low and imposing some logistical restrictions. We can afford to take lower profit margins, passing the savings on to you.
All together, these choices let us offer affordable filament without compromising on quality.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! When you buy 10 of the same filament you get a small discount applied.
If you require larger quantities, we can order them for you directly from our suppliers. Contact us for more detailes. (only avalible for orders >=200kg) (Shipping is around 2 months)
Is your filament dry?
Our supplier claims that the rolls are packaged shortly after extrusion. To avoid the possibility of damp filament you should always remember to dry before use to ensure optimal print quality.

Return and refund policy?
If an item is defective due to manufacturer error or if it got damaged during shipping and is not usable, we will offer a full refund for the damaged items.
We will try to respond within 48hrs.
Is your filament any good?
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that the filament is of acceptional quality. We revice test samples prior to ordering any new stock material to try out. Unless the sample is up to our standerds we won't sell it.
On our store you are able to purchase your very own 40g filament sample. We pre-dry our samples ahead of time before vacuum sealing them again. Ensuring you have a smooth experience testing them out.
When will more filament be available?
As sales grow we plan to expand our selection of products. But to offer them to you at the price we want we need to order large quantities of the same item.
