What is PureFilament?
We are a new company offering high quality 3D printing filament and accessories at affordable prices. We focus on balancing cost and performance by sourcing directly from manufacturers, minimizing packaging, overhead, and keeping margins low so that you can get cheap, reliable items that are not garbage.
When do you ship?
We only ship orders on uneven weeks. This is due to our current logistical limitations and not something we are able to change for the time being. You can check if the week is uneven by simply searching "is this week uneven" in your browser of choice.
Why are our products so cheap?
Direct from the manufacturer: Our products are factory fresh. We import straight from the source, removing middlemen so you can pay less for your items.
Smarter packaging: We label and package the items we receive from our suppliers ourselfs. Why should you have to pay more for the wrapper when its the inside that matters?
Low overhead, fair margins: By keeping operating costs low and imposing some logistical restrictions. We can afford to take lower profit margins, passing the savings on to you.
All together, these choices let us offer affordable products without compromising on quality.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! When you buy 10 of the same filament you get a discount applied.
If you require larger quantities, we can order them for you directly from our suppliers. Contact us for more detailes. (only avalible for orders >=200kg) (Shipping is around 3 months)
Is your filament dry?
Our current filament supplier dries the filament prior to extrusion and after extrusion. A desiccant packet is put in every roll before being sealed air tight. You can print right after opening the package. If you want to learn more about production.

Return and refund policy?
If an item is defective due to manufacturer error or if it got damaged during shipping and is not useable, we will offer a full refund for the damaged items (excl. shipping)
We will try to respond within 48hrs.
Are your Products any good?
We chose our suppliers carefully to ensure that our selection of products are of exceptional quality. We get test samples prior to ordering any new stock material to try out. Unless the sample is up to our standards we won't sell it at full price or at all. If a product isn't up to our standards, we will let you know and of course lower the price.
When it comes to 3D Filament, you are able to purchase your very own 40g filament sample of any material in stock. We even offer samples for free if the shipping cost does not increase for us. Just leave a note at checkout and we will check if its possible.
When will more filament be available?
As sales grow we plan to expand our selection of products. But to offer them to you at the price we want we need to order large quantities of the same item.

Our Company Profile
We do not have our whole catalog of items listed but all the filaments are. Prices on Tradera are whatever the price is on our website +10% to cover their fee. However, some times you save more than enough to make up the cost when using their shipping as they have a better shipping contract.
