Returns & Refunds policy

If you want to cancel your order you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, This must be done before we ship the order and is not possible to do after we hand over your package to the shipping company. If you cancel your order before we hand over your package but after shipping is booked, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund amount.

For returns we will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. You are however responsible for the cost of shipping the goods to us. The shipping cost you paied us for the items will also be deducted from the total refund amount.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The goods are in the original packaging (have not been opened)

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Refunds

If the goods are defective due to manufacturer error or damaged during shipment, you will be reimbursed for the defective items. However you are responsible for providing proof of your claim. We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement if we suspect foul play.
